I - CAPACITY FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MICRON SIZED CALCITE AND DOLOMITE AND CALCITE FRACTIONS

In 2006 IGM VRATNICA A.D from its own personal finances built  and started the production of a modern, highly automated line of production of micron sized calcite and dolomite in Vizbegovo.

The line of production on micron sized calcite and dolomite aside from the manufactory building  of 1.080m2 on several levels, also occupies a warehouse of 756m2 and a administrative building of 432m2 equipped with the following equipment:

- Raw materials silo

- mill

- classifier - turbopleks Alfa 800

- classifier V-25V

- Filter 75m2

- Production filter 350m2

- Silos for ready products with safety valve 100u

- Silos for ready products with safety valve 250u

- Silos for ready products with equipment for fluidizing 20/40u

- Silos for ready products with equipment for fluidization 10/20u

- Small filter for silos 100u

  • small filter for silo 250 m
  • container for packing 100 and 250m
  • container for packing 10 and 20, 20 and 40m
  • packing machine and scales 100m and 250m
  • packing machine and scales 10 and 20 and 20 and 40m
  • compressor unit with air reservoir
  • transformer(substation)
  • central heating system

The capacity for the production of sand has a single production line and is equipped with the following:

    1. flexible separation of the type STB-Slovenia, 1977, with capacity 200.000 cubic metres per annum.
    2. Crushing machine with point of entrance from 900 x 1200, Czech product.
    3. Metal-working and technical service workshop.
    4. Oil pump.

The production capacity is also serviced by the following fleet of transport vehicles:

II - PRODUCTION CAPACITY FOR CONCRETE ELEMENTS

Production capacity for concrete elements is equipped with two production lines:

- Line for materials for the production of two concrete elements which is equipped with two concrete units:

1. Automatic concrete unit SB-500, production "Gradis"-Slovenia, produced year 1986 with capacity of 96,000 m3 concrete yearly;

2. Automatic concrete unit SB-150, production "Gradis" - Slovenia, produced year 1980 with capacity of 60,000 m3 concrete yearly.

- The second line of production is for the output of a wide range of concrete  products, and it is equipped with the following equipment:

1. Machine "Zenit" 940 S-Germany, 2002 with the capacity of 10.000.000 units per year.

2. Machine "Zenit" 940 S-Germany, 2002 with capacity of 10.000.000 units per year.

3. Machine "Belt" SVS 1735, Slovenia, 1991 with capacity of 2.600.000 units per year.

4. Machine "Henke" - Germany, 1988 with capacity 900.000 units per year.

5. Machine "Ateliers" France, 1980 with capacity 200.000 units per year.

6. Machine "Ateliers-2" France 1978 with capacity 200.000 units per year.

The production is serviced by the following vehicles:

- Wheel loader  N-803 Slovenia, 1989 80kw capacity 1.2m3.

- Wheel loader  0 & K L-7 Germany, 1982 70kw with capacity 1.2m3.

- Wheel loader  0 & K L-4 Germany 1980 38kw capacity 1.2m3.

- Fork lifter "Indos" Slovenia 1978 30kw capacity 3t.

- Fork lifter "Pobeda" SCG 1989 30kw capacity 3t.

- Fork lifter "Pobeda" SCG 1992 30kw capacity 3t.

- Fork lifter "Linde" Japan 2000 30 kw capacity 3t.

We own a 8000m2 warehouse and our production area occupies 3600m2.For carrying out the work and installment of the equipment we are equipped with the following:

- Backhoe  loader CAT - USA, 2004 98kw.

- automatic roller Bigglaar P 32- Sweden 1998 2t.

- "Bomag" D3 Germany 1998.

- "Bomag" D3 Germany 2004.

- Compressor "Atlas Kopko" - Sweden 1988.

- Machine for cutting asphalt.

- Paving cutters.

- Other miscellaneous tools.

All of the above available production facilities and equipment are owned by IGM VRATNICA, A.D. – Vratnica. We believe that by providing adequate commercial, technical, but most of all business collaboration with a well established brand we would be in a position to utilize the available capacities to their fullest. Furthermore, bearing in mind the above mentioned mining resources and the high quality chemical and physical characteristics of the materials diversification and enlargement of both the product range and  the production itself may be achieved.
